Finally.. (phew)
Well I’m extremely pleased to say that I have now finished my college course ( Equine horse management Extended Diploma) with a distinction overall.
These last 2 years have been a real eye opener for me, I’ve learned more about myself and what I can handle , and to top it off I have discovered what I really want to do with my life. If you’ve been to School or College you realise that you make friends and you also lose friends, to them few people that I have finished the year with; Thank you for everything and I hope this isn’t the end.
I have had my moments over the last 2 years, starting off with not even wanting to attend the college and crying in my dads arms saying how useless the course will be to me. Well what my Dad told me that day has stuck by me since and driven me forward. Maybe the information I have learned over the past 2 years won’t be used in the future, but it has for sure taught me some life lessons.
This brings me to realise that my time with horses is truly up and I will now try to find my feet in a different sport. I am really looking forward to going to Myerscough in September to start my Degree in Motorsport and Logistics, I can only hope that the next 4 years bring nothing but opportunities and good memories.
