Something fishy
There are only so many things that can be cooked on a two ring hob or barby, the oven we have added to the variety and finding another overlander using it was great, the art of guessing the temperatures in the oven was a funny conversation ranging from pure guessing to calculated guessing then putting up with under or over cooked food. We got hold of some barby bags that cook anything that normally can’t be cooked on a barby. We had tried them before but had managed to overcook the fish to a burnt carcass.
The trick this time was the thermostat we got for the oven and a little patience, by only putting a small amount of coal in the baa-bee and then letting it get red hot, the bag sealed the heat in at 180-190 deg c for 30 mins perfect. We had an amazing red snapper meal with steamed vegatables
